LG Tower AC LG Error Codes|LG Cassette AC LG Error Codes,The task is for the self-diagnosing Air conditioner and to inform the problems informally if there is a problem The following table has the on / off error mark for the operation LED of the evaporator body.
If more than two troubles occur simultaneously, the most trouble is expressed mainly for LG Error Codes.
After the error occurs, if the error is released, the error LED is also released simultaneously.
To work on the occurrence of an LG Error Code again, be sure to turn the power off and then on.
Whether or not the LG Error Code is different from the model

LG AC Universal Split Fault Codes

Fault Code 01: There is a fault with the indoor unit return air thermistor

Fault Code 02: There is a problem with the indoor unit coil inlet thermistor

Fault code 03: indicates wiring error between the remote controller and the fan coil, this is most common in group control applications where more than 1 fan coil is connected to a single remote controller

Fault Code 04: Fault Code CH04 indicates that the float switch of the fan coil has increased

Fault Code 05: These LG Error Codes indicate a communication fault between indoor and outdoor units; It appears approximately 5 minutes after powering the system

Fault code 06: There is a problem with the indoor unit coil outlet thermistor

Fault Code 07: On a multi split system, the first unit that is switched on is the cool heat master, the master condenser tells the unit what to do. If the condenser is under heating and any slave is set to cool, the CH07 fault code will appear

Fault Code 09: Check for loose connections or dry joints where the EEPROM connects on the main PCB, repair if possible, if not replace the PCB

Fault Code 10: Indoor Fan Motor Problem

Fault Code 21: This fault is caused by a current in the inverter DC power circuit. If the DC part of the circuit exceeds a fault of 14 amps then code 21 will be displayed

Fault Code 22: This defect is caused by compressor over-current view code 21. Please see the section on inverter testing at the end

Fault Code 23: This defect indicates a fault in the DC part of the inverter circuit; This means that the DC voltage for the inverter is less than 140 V Dc, it should be 370 V for single phase machines and 600 V DC for three phase machines.

Fault Code 25: This defect indicates a problem with the incoming power supply to the system.

Fault Code 26: This fault indicates a problem with the inverter compressor’s positioning system, indicating a seized compressor.

Fault Code 27: This defect indicates a problem with the inverter module, see the section on test inverters. Also the check reactor is connected to the PCB and check its resistance that it should be well below 1 ohm.

Fault Code 28: This defect indicates a problem in the DC part of the inverter circuit; This means that the DC voltage for the inverter is too high.

Fault Code 29: Check and correct anyone:

Overload operation (pipe restriction / restricted airflow / EEV faults / refrigerator. Overcharge)
Compressor damage (insulation damage / motor damage)
Low input voltage
ODU Inverter PCB Assembly Damage

Fault Code 32: Indicates that the inverter compressor discharge temperature is high (above 105) C) This usually indicates that the system lacks refrigerant or there is a blockage in the system.

Fault Code 33: Indicates that the fixed speed compressor discharge temperature is high (above 105) C) This usually indicates that the system lacks refrigerant or there is a blockage in the system.

Fault Code 39: Check and Repair or Replace as Required:

PCB faults / wiring faults
Different Micom Software Versions
ODU Inverter PCB Assembly Damage
Fault Code 40: This fault indicates a problem with the current drawn by the AC part of the inverter circuit.

Fault Code 41: This fault indicates an inverter compressor discharge thermistor fault

Fault code 44: Indicates a fault with the outdoor unit air thermistor

Fault code 45: Condenser coil outlet indicates a problem with the thermistor

Fault code 46: indicates a problem with the compressor suction thermistor

Fault code 47: An inverter compressor discharge thermistor indicates fault

Fault Code 48: This defect indicates that both the compressor discharge sensor and the condenser air temperature sensor are unplugged. Both these sensors are connected to a single connector on the outdoor unit PCB, plug it in and the fault will go away.

Fault Code 51: This indicates that the capacity of the indoor unit / units is too high for the condensing unit.

Fault Code 52: This fault code indicates a communication error between the main and sub micom (CPU) on the external PCB of the main unit.

Fault Code 54: This fault normally indicates a lost phase or phase 3 phase units are reversed on the power supply.

Fault Code 60: Check correct PCB assembly is installed, check for dry joints, replace external unit PCB if nothing is found.

Fault Code 61: The temperature of the outdoor unit condenser coil is greater than 65, C, this will usually be experienced in cooling mode and will indicate insufficient air above the coil.

Fault code 62: Outdoor unit inverter heat-sink thermistor shows that the heat sink exceeds 85eatingC.

Fault code 65: There is a problem with the inverter PCB heat sink thermistor for the heat sink on the outdoor unit PCB

Fault Code 67: This is a problem with an outdoor fan motor, where rotation is not detected, and may result in either mechanical or electrical failure.

Fault Code 73: Check and repair or replace as necessary:

Overload operation (pipe restriction / restricted airflow / EEV faults / refrigerator. Overcharge)
Compressor damage (insulation damage / motor damage)
Input voltage is abnormal
Power supply abnormal
Inverter pcb assembly damage

Fault Code 105: This is due to a communication error between the main outdoor PCB and the fan PCB
