1 The air conditioner isn’t working.

7 The remote control display is dim or non-existent.

  • Have the batteries run out?
  • Are the batteries placed in the (+) and (-) directions, respectively?

8 A cracking sound can be heard.

  • This sound is caused by the expansion and contraction of the front panel, among other things, as the temperature varies.
