Method

Take the washer out from the wall. Pull out from the walls after unplugging the dryer’s vent and drain tubes, if necessary.
Rotate the device to reach the back panel and take out all the surrounding screws. Remove the panel by lifting it up, then set it aside. For security, store screws in a dish or on a magnetic plate.
The drive belt and the major portion of the drum should be visible at the machine’s back. Turn the drum unit just a little to the left and let the belt fall off its channel into the drum to remove it.
After that, take out the ground connector from the motor, which is under the drum. Blue wires are frequently used with Bosch ground connectors.
Using the proper wrench and attachment, unscrew the two bolts at the front of the motor to remove it (usually, 10mm Torx). Once it has been removed, pull the motor in your direction until the plastic lugs holding it in place are dislodged. If the motor is still stuck in its housing after the screws have been removed, use the screwdriver to carefully pry it toward you.
After the motor has been freed from the machine, take off the modular connector at the bottom. If it’s tight, use a pair of pliers to pull on each corner until it releases.
Remove the machine’s motor and set it down on a table to give it a complete inspection.
To remove the spade connector that hooks to the brush, use a pair of pliers. To remove the old brush from its motor compartment, tilt it first to the left and up, then to the right.
After that, put in the new brushes. The new brushes have heads that are substantially longer than the previous models. Put the fresh brush in the opening from which the old one emerged. The brushes have chamfered ends, as you can see. Make a note of the previous brush’s chamfer’s orientation, and place the new one in the same position.
Feed the spring into the motor slowly. It may occasionally spring out of the brass housing. If you’re having trouble seeing your work, turn on a bright light.
After the brush has been properly reinstalled, reposition the electrical connector for the spade. Make sure the connector is completely engaged.
Bosch motor units normally have two brushes. To replace this motor as well, flip it over and proceed with steps 8 through 11.
The motor should now be reinstalled in the machine once the brushes have been changed. Replace the spade connector after the electric connector. After that, screw it back into place using the bolts you previously placed aside.
After reconnecting the drain tube, vent tube, and mains power connector, replace the washing machine’s back panel.

Method: Verify the filter

Disconnect the power supply and turn the appliance off at the mains. The drain tube should then be disconnected.
Lay a towel out in front of the appliance to mop up any water that could leak and end up on the floor.
Next, find the filter. This is typically located in the front of the machine, underneath a panel.
Pull out the emergency drain hose, unscrew the end, and let the water drain into a sink.
Turn the primary filter anticlockwise until it comes loose. It has to be completely cleaned. Look for foreign things like coins or hair clips. Before changing the filter, make sure the impeller at the back of the filter chamber can spin freely.
Replace the front cover and the filter, making sure that the latter is firmly seated inside the appliance to prevent water leaks.

Check the sump hose as a method.

Using a screwdriver, remove the back of the washing machine unit to reveal the sump hose.
To remove the hose from the pump chamber, gently loosen the jubilee clip by using water pliers.
Verify that the hose’s interior is clear of obstructions by looking inside. Get rid of any trash you come across, such as coins, paper clips, socks, small pieces of clothes, or garbage like that.
Disconnect the jubilee clip from the other end of the sump hose and check the pressure chamber. If you come across anything alien, remove it.
After screwing the back panel back on, attach the sump hose again to the pressure chamber and tub.
