Problem: Indoor unit emits bad odor at start-up
Possible reasons:
Air filter dirty
Even after cleaning the filter, the output air has an odor
Solution:
Clean the air filter
Contact your service representative
Problem: When the unit is running, you hear the noise of running water
Possible Cause: This is normal and is the refrigerant flowing through the system.
Solution: no maintenance required
Problem: Indoor unit creates haze when the air conditioner is running
Possible Cause: This is normal cooling and is caused by high humidity and temperature in the room
Solution: No maintenance required. The mist should be stopped as the room is cooled and the humidity removed.
Problem: Room water leakage from indoor unit
Possible cause: Condensed water is overflowing
Solution: Check the indoor condensing drain or call your representative

Problem: Wireless remote control does not work
Possible reasons:
The daughters are dead.
The unit needs to be reset
Solution:
See the Battery Replacement section in this manual and replace the battery.
Turn off the power for the indoor unit. Remove the plug from the wall and then reinstall the plug. Restart unit
Problem: Unit / system does not work
Possible reasons:
To protect the unit on immediate restart after a stop, the system controller will delay the unit for 3 minutes before allowing the unit to start back.
The circuit breaker is tripped or the fuse has blown.

Solution:
After closing the unit, wait at least 3 minutes before attempting to restart.
Reset the circuit breaker or replace the fuse with the specified replacement fuse.
Resume operation when power is restored.

The filter is blocked by dust.
The temperature is not set properly.
A window or door is open.
The outdoor unit is interrupted.
The fan speed is very low.

Solution:
Clean the air filter.
Check temperature and reset if necessary.
Close the window or door.
Remove obstruction
Change fan speed selection.
Change the operating mode to cool or reset the unit.
Problem: heating is not working properly
Possible reasons:
The filter is blocked by dust.
The temperature is too low.
A window or door is open.
The outdoor unit is interrupted.
Solution:
Clean the air filter.
Check temperature and reset if necessary.
Close the window or door.

Problem: Unit stops during operation
Possible reasons:
Off timer is not working correctly.
