Air conditioner will not operate

Possible reasons:

Cut the wall plug.
House fuse blew or circuit breaker tripped.
The unit shut down and then very quickly.
Thermostats set too low for cooling.
Solution:

Press the plug firmly into the wall outlet.
Replace fuse with time delay type or reset circuit breaker.
Wait 3 minutes before restarting.
Adjust the thermostat at low temperature

The unit does not make the air cold enough

Possible reasons:

Unit in Fan Mode.
The temperature became too high.
Room temperature below 70 ° F
Solution:

Set the mode to cool.
Set the thermostat to lower the temperature.
Cooling cannot take place until room temperature rises above 70 ° F.

Air conditioner cooling, but the room is too hot on the cooling coil behind the decorative front

Possible reasons:

Outdoor temperature below 70 ° F.
Dirty air filter restricts air.
Solution:

To defrost the coil, set the mode to the fan. Then, set the thermostat to a warm temperature.
Clean filter.

Air conditioner cooling, but too hot in the room – no ice on the cooling coil behind the decorative front

Possible reasons:

Dirty air filter restricts air.
The thermostat set is too hot.
Solution:

Clean air filter.
Set the thermostat to cool temperature.

Noise when the unit is cold

Possible reasons:

Wind speed sound.
Fan sound from melon removal system.
Window Vibration Poor Installation.
Solution:

The sound of strong wind is normal. If too loud, to reduce fan speed.
This is normal when humidity is high. Close doors, windows and registers.
Refer to the installation instructions with the installer
