Fisher And Paykel Dishwasher Error Code, Is your Fisher and Paykel dishwasher showing an error? This error / mistake code guide will show you what each code means and how to troubleshoot it to fix it yourself. The list below includes E code, F code and U code. Theses are the common error codes for all F&P dishwaters. In any case, you can reset the dishwasher to clear the error by removing the power for 5 minutes. The following error codes are for the F&P dishwasher models DS603, DD603, DD24, DD60, DD36, and DD90.

Fisher and Pykel dishwasher “F” error code:

Note: Some error codes for the new Fisher and Paykel dishwasher models will be displayed as digital codes in an LED or LCD panel or in front of the dishwasher.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F1
Error Code Cause: The flood switch is active.
How to fix: Turn off the water and power supply to DishDrawer. Check the flood switch.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F2
Error Code Cause: Motor problem.
How to fix: Check the motor for safe wiring and proper voltage.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F3
Error Code Cause: The temperature sensor has failed.
How to fix: Make sure that the water coming into the inlet hose is less than 65oC, if you cannot install a tempering valve on the water supply.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F4
Error Code Cause: Bad temperature sensor and or element.
How to fix: Check temp sensor. Check element with meter for continuity.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error Code F5
Error code reason: lid error.
How to fix: Turn off the power to the dishwasher then turn on the power supply. This can reset the error. If the lid lock switch does not need to be checked.

Error code reason: lid error.
How to fix: Turn off the power to the dishwasher then turn on the power supply. This can reset the error. If the lid lock switch does not need to be checked.

Error code reason: lid error.
How to fix: Turn off the power to the dishwasher then turn on the power supply. This can reset the error. If the lid lock switch does not need to be checked.

Error Code Cause: Electrical problem.
How to fix: Turn off the power to the dishwasher then turn on the power supply. This can reset the error.

Error Code Cause: Power failure.
How to fix: Turn off the power to the dishwasher then turn on the power supply. This can reset the error.

Fisher and Paykel dishwasher “U” error code:

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error U1
Error Code Cause: Waterlogging error.
How to fix: Turn on the dishwasher water supply. Make sure the spray arm is placed on the impeller and can rotate freely, if the dishwire is filled with water, it will need to be emptied manually. The water block has been tripped.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error U2
Error Code Cause: Error Loading.
How to fix: Check the loading of dishes and items to make sure nothing is stretched before the height of the drawer.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error U4
Error Code Reason: Defect in drawer as opposed to using drawer.
How to fix: Check the other drawer, find the error code on that drawer.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher Error U6
Error Code Cause: Spray branch issue.
How to fix: Check that the spray arm is not loose or has come out of the mounting.

Fisher & Paykel Dishwasher(Classic model)

Fisher and Paykel dishwasher “E” error code:

Note: The following “E” error codes are for classic model Fisher and Pykel dishwashers dishwashers that do not have an LCD display. Flashing the lights in a particular order displays error codes.

Fisher & Paykel dishwasher error E1 = first 2 programs indicator lights are flashing.
Error Code Cause: The door is not fully closed.
How to fix: Close the door safely.

Fisher & Paykel dishwasher error E2 = 1 and 3 are flashing program indicator lights.
Error Code Cause: The temperature sensor is faulty.
How to fix: Turn off the water and electricity on the dishwasher and try and reset. Check temp sensor.

Fisher & Paykel dishwasher error E3 = 1 and 4 are flashing program indicator lights.
Error Code Cause: The drain hose is too low or the wash water level is too low.
How to fix: Ensure drain hose is connected according to installation instructions.

Fisher & Paykel dishwasher error E4 = Program indicator lights 1, 3 and 4 are flashing.
Error Code Cause: Drain hose is too high. Drain hoses are kinked. There is no drainage of water.
How to fix: Check that the drain hose is straight. Make sure the drain hose is connected according to the installation instructions.

Fisher & Paykel dishwasher error E5 = first 3 program indicator lights are flashing.
Error Code Cause: The water supply hose is crimped or bent. The drain pipe is too short. The water tap was not on. Not enough water supply pressure.
How to fix: Make sure the water is connected and on. Check home water pressure. Check and straighten the tube if needed. Make sure the drain hose is connected according to the installation instructions.

Fisher & Paykel dishwasher error E6 = First 4 program indicator lights are flashing.
Error Code Cause: Flood switch activated.
How to fix: Turn off the water and electricity on the dishwasher and try and reset. Check the flood switch.
