Fujitsu AC Remote Controller Wired Error Code
When EE: EE is displayed on the remote control, press the “Energy Save” and “Zone Control” buttons simultaneously for more than 3 seconds. The fault code will then be displayed on the LCD.

E0: 00 com error – remote from indoor
E1: 00 com error – indoor to outdoor

Fujitsu Air Conditioner Troubleshooting
In the event of a malfunction (burning odor, etc.), immediately cease operation, disconnect the power supply plug, and consult with authorized service personnel. Turning off the power switch of the unit will not disconnect the unit completely from the power source. Always make sure to disconnect the power supply plug or close your circuit breaker to ensure that the power is completely off.
Before requesting service, do the following checks:
Symptoms: does not work immediately
Problem:
If the unit is stopped and then immediately restarted, the compressor will not operate for approximately 3 minutes, to prevent fuse blowouts.
Whenever the power supply plug is disconnected and then connected to the power outlet, the protection circuit will operate for approximately 3 minutes to prevent unit operation during that period.
Symptom: noise is heard
Problem:
During operation and soon after stopping the unit, the sound of water flowing into the air conditioner’s piping can be heard. In addition, the noise may be particularly noticeable for about 2 to 3 minutes after starting the operation (sound of coolant flowing).
During the operation, a slight scream can be heard. This is the result of minute expansion and contraction of the frontal extension due to temperature changes.
During heating operation, sometimes a burning sound can be heard. This sound is produced by automatic defrosting operation.
Symptoms: Smells
Problem: Some odors may be emitted from an indoor unit. This smell is the result of room odor (furniture, tobacco, etc.) that has been taken into the air conditioner.
Symptoms: mist or steam are emitted
Problem:
During cooling or dry operation, a thin mist may be seen from the indoor unit. This results from the sudden cooling of room air by the air emitted from the air conditioner, resulting in condensation and mist.
During heat operation, the fan of the external unit may turn off, and steam can be seen rising from the unit. This is due to the automatic defrosting operation.
Symptoms: airflow is weak or stops
Problem:
When heat operation is initiated, the fan speed is temporarily too low to heat the internal parts.
During heating operation, if the room temperature rises above the thermostat setting, the outdoor unit will shut down, and the indoor unit will operate at a much lower fan speed. If you want to heat the room further, set the thermostat to a higher setting.
During heating operation, the unit will temporarily stop opera (between 7 and 15 minutes), with defrosting mode operating automatically. During automatic defrosting operation, the operation indicator lamp will flash.
During dry operation or when the unit is monitoring room temperature, the fan may run at very low speeds.
During super qubit operation, the fan will work at very low speed
In monitor auto operation, the fan will operate at a very low speed.
Characteristics: Water is produced from external unit
Problem: During heating operation, water can be produced from the outdoor unit due to automatic defrosting operation.
Symptoms: AIR CLEAN Indicator Lamp (Green) will start flashing slowly (as shown in the figure):
Problem: After about 400 hours of air cleaning mode usage, the AIR CLEAN indicator lamp will start to glow slowly (as shown in the figure). When this happens, please shut down the system, remove the main socket and perform maintenance on the air filter of the dust collecting unit.
Symptoms: AIR CLEAN Indicator Lamp (Green) will light up quickly (as shown in the figure):
Problem: After about 500 hours of air cleaning mode use, the AIR CLEAN indicator lamp will start flashing quickly (as shown in the picture). At this point, the air cleaning will stop working. Please shut down the system, remove the main socket and perform maintenance on the air filter of the dust collecting unit.
Symptoms: Does not work at all
Problem:
Has the power supply plug disconnected its outlet?
Is there a power failure?
Is the fuse blown, or is the circuit breaker tripped?
Is the timer working?
Characteristics: The unit operates in a different way from the setting of the remote control unit
Problem:
Are remote control unit batteries dead?
Are the batteries in the remote control unit properly loaded?
