Gree Inverter VRF Error Codes
Gree Inverter VRF Error Codes, gree inverter ac error codes

Gree inverter ac error codes Repair personnel will gather as much of the error information for careful study and list the electric or system parts that may be the cause of the error. Then, repair personnel will be able to identify the specific cause of the error and locate the parts of the problem.

Gree inverter ac error codes resolution

E1 Compressorhigh-pressureprotection. The high pressure protection value is 4.2MPa. When it is sequentially detected three times that a compressor is under high pressure, this compressor will be stopped. In this case, error code E1 will be displayed and the run indicator will blink.

E2 Indoor Antifreeze Protection. When it is sequentially detected for 10 minutes that Tevap. is-2 ℃ (different with indoor unit), antifreeze protection will be activated, in which case the outdoor unit will immediately close the indoor electronic expansion valve and the capacity is set to “0”.

E3 Compressor Low Pressure Protection. When the low pressure protection value (absolute pressure: 0.15MPa) is reached, the low pressure switch will be cut off, in which case the low pressure protection will be displayed.

E4 Compressor Exhaust Temperature Protection. When the exhaust temperature (Texhou) is equal to 113 ℃ and higher, the compressor will shut down. On the first occurrence of exit protection, error code E4 will be displayed. When the exhaust temperature is lower than TR ℃, the compressor will turn on again after shutting down for 3 minutes. The compressor may resume operation for the first two times. But if it happens three times sequentially in 1 hour, the unit must be disconnected from the power supply before restarting.

E5 over current protection frequency converter. The variable frequency compressor is incurred for drive board error. For details on the error message, please see the display code on the Digital Unit of Outdoor Unit.

E6 communication error. The mainboard of the indoor unit or wired control is caused by a communication error with the outdoor unit. Indoor unit will be stopped for communication error and will display error code.

E7 Mode Conflict. A later-run unit’s run mode is inconsistent for the mode that has been started previously. Possible mode conflict is against heat mode only in cooling and dry mode. For fan mode, there is no mode conflict against cooling, dry or heat mode. If a case mode conflict occurs, the indoor unit with mode conflict will display E7 and will be stopped.

E9 Water-complete protection. When the water is fully detected sequentially for 8 seconds, the system will enter a water-full protection state, in which case the wired controller E9 will display and give an alarm. In the case of water-full protection under each mode, other loads of the indoor unit will be stopped, except that the water pumps will be working and set off the alarm. In this situation, the outdoor unit will adjust the capacity output accordingly.

F0 indoor ambient temperature sensor error. The indoor unit will display the error code for the sensor error and be stopped.

F1 Indoor coil inlet temperature sensor error. The indoor unit will display the error code for the sensor error and be stopped.

F2 Indoor coil middle temperature sensor error. The indoor unit will display the error code for the sensor error and be stopped.

F3 outdoor coil inlet temperature sensor error. The indoor unit will display the error code for the sensor error and be stopped.

F4 outdoor ambient temperature sensor error. Test for 30 seconds to check if the temperature sensor is cut off. If yes, an alarm will be sent; Otherwise no processing will be done. If the controller of the outdoor unit detects the failure of the outdoor sensor under open circuit, short circuit, and exceeding the test value, the outdoor unit will perform the following default functions, that is, an error message will be sent to each indoor unit and error code. The error will be displayed via an indicator or a wired controller. When the outdoor ambient temperature is below -5 ℃, the disconnect failure of the outdoor inlet, middle, and exhaust sensors in the shield room will be processed as -30 ℃.

F7 outdoor defrost temperature sensor error.

F9 Exit Temperature Sensor Error.
