Logik Air Conditioner Error Codes

LED Display Description


E1 internal malfunction. Turn off the unit. Unplug and re-plug the unit. If the error persists, call a qualified service agent for assistance.


E2 internal malfunction. Turn off the unit. Unplug and re-plug the unit. If the error persists, call a qualified service agent for assistance.


E4 internal malfunction. Turn off the unit. Unplug and re-plug the unit. If the error persists, call a qualified service agent for assistance.


P1 drain the water. Please refer to the section “Stopping Water”.

Problem: No power is started when the unit is started or pressing ON / OFF on the remote control.

Solution:

Check that the unit is firmly plugged in and the main socket is on.
Set a different temperature.
Remove water from the bottom tray drain outlet.
Problem: the room is not cold enough

Solution:

Check that all windows and doors are closed.
Remove or switch off all heat sources if possible.
Check that the exhaust air duct is properly connected and not blocked. If blocked, clear and reconnect.
Clean and securely fit the air filter before continuous operation.
Lower the temperature.
Problem: Noise or excessive vibration

Solution: Move the unit to a stable, flat and flat surface

Problem: Gurling is heard.

Solution: This is normal; It should not be considered a defect.

If there is a problem, contact a qualified service agent for assistance.

Draw water

When the LED display shows “P1, it means that the bottom tray is filled with water and needs to be filled with water. The unit will shut down automatically and cannot be turned on until water drainage occurs.

Move the unit to a drain location.
Remove the bottom tray drain outlet cover and plug.
After the water has completely dried, replace the plug and cover.
Switch on the unit until “P1” disappears.
If “P1” continues to perform, unplug the unit and call a qualified service agent for assistance.
