Sanyo air conditioner Troubleshooting
Sanyo AC Error Codes,If your air conditioner does not work properly, check the following points before requesting service. If it still does not work properly, contact your dealer or service center.
1-Trouble
The air conditioner does not work at all.
Probable cause
1. Power failure.
2. Leakage breaker tripped.
3. The line voltage is too low.
4. The ON / OFF operation button is OFF.
5. There is a shortage of batteries in the remote control unit.
Solution
1. Restore power.
2. Contact Service Center.
3. Consult an electrician or dealer.
4. Press the button again.
5. Change the battery.
2-Trouble
Compressor runs but stops soon
Probable cause
1. Obstacle in front of condenser coil.
Solution
1. Remove the obstacle.

5-Trouble
The clicking sound is heard from the air conditioner.
Probable cause
In a heating or cooling operation, any plastic parts may expand or shrink due to sudden temperature changes. In this event, a clicking sound may occur.
Solution
This is normal, and the sound will soon disappear.
6 – Trouble
The operating lamp lights but the external unit will not run.
Probable cause
The use of a cellular phone near the air conditioner may cause disturbances in its normal operation.
Solution
1. Turn off the power and then turn the air conditioner again after a while.
2. Consult your dealer.
